Finding the right storage facility can be challenging for anyone.  In today’s market there are just so many choices…how do you make the right decision?

Answer the following questions when interviewing a prospective storage facility:

1. How was I treated on the phone?
2. What type of access hours do I have?
3. Is the facility gated? What kind of security do they offer?
4. If you are using a moving company, is the facility accessible by tractor trailer?
5. If you are a business owner, will the facility accept deliveries for me?
6. Ask if the price they have quoted is a discounted price…and if it is, how long will the discount last?

Before making your decision, visit the site.  There are important questions that cannot be answered over the phone. (i.e. Clean?…Well Lit?…Comfortable?)
